Twennie peer coaching

Peer coaching is a collaborative process where working people support one another in developing skills, solving challenges, and achieving professional growth. Unlike traditional top-down coaching, peer coaching fosters a reciprocal relationship in which employees at similar levels provide constructive feedback, share experiences, and encourage accountability.

In the coming year, Twennie plans to pair members for peer coaching. Together, peer coaches can review learning materials and compare notes, especially on prompts and exercises, which involve more collaborative learning.

how peer coaching works

volunteer

If peer coaching interests you, notify the Twennie administrators. We will pair you with another Twennie member who wants to participate. Both of you will receive peer coaching training and establish a peer coaching agreement.

meet on an agreed schedule

Your peer coaching agreement will establish the frequency of your meetings and the topics you will explore together. You can work on problem solving, team conflict, leadership challenges, and more.

evolve together

Peer coaching is an excellent way to grow professionally. It allows you to share perspectives with someone in a spirit of growth and development. Coaching sessions are confidential and designed to avoid conflicts of interest.
